TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Open to students aged 8 to 15 years old (contact us if you want to enroll a child outside of this age range)
Maximum of 5 students per class.

Book a single drop-in class, or enroll for the full or half session
Drop in classes are 50% off at $32.50 each for a limited time, with a limit of four drop-in classes per student, per session
Please note that we will automatically process an additional fee of $32.50 for any additional drop-in classes over the session limit of four classes

Enrolled students for either tier will have active membership for the full session
- Winter Session - January, February, March
- Spring Session - April, May, June
Enrolled families receive credits to be used for any open class during the session.
- Tier 1 - full session families receive 11 class credits.
- Tier 2 - half-session families receive 6 class credits
By enrolling, families commit to paying the full session fee for their tier, either in full at the time of enrollment or via three monthly installment payments.

Drop-in students will only have access to software while at Keylab, and will not be able to use the software outside of our studio.
Enrolled students will receive a private login to access software outside of class.
Software access for enrolled students will be removed at the end of the session unless the student re-enrolls.

Enrolled families are assigned class credits to to be used for any open class during the session
book for any of their children between the ages of 8 - 15.
- There is a $15 software access fee per child for the session.
1 credit = 1 class.
- Tier 1: 11 credits
- Tier 2: 6 credits.
To book a class, log into your account, go to "Credits" and click "Use" to book your child's class.

Credits must be used during the session and do not roll over to future sessions.
Refunds will not be offered for unused credits.
Payments are non-refundable, and by enrolling, families commit to paying the full session fee, either in full at time of booking, or via monthly payments:
- Tier 1 Fee: $550/session or $183/month, prorated based on number of visits.
- Tier 2 Fee: $360/session or $120/month, prorated based on number of visits.

Buddy passes are a courtesy we offer for enrolled students to bring a friend to Keylab
Tier 1 includes 2 free buddy passes
Tier 2 includes 1 free buddy pass.
Buddy passes will be added to the family’s account by admin staff within 1 business day from time of enrollment.
Passes must be used during the session and cannot be rescheduled or reused.
If we have a student enroll in Game Club and need a seat that has previously been booked for a buddy, we will need to cancel the buddy pass seat booking in order to accommodate the newly enrolled student.
No refund or credit will be offered for unused buddy passes.

Classes canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be credited back to your account
Credits must be used by the end of the session, and no credit or refund will be offered for unused credits.
Credits will not be offered for classes canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
Studio-canceled classes will be credited, with credits expiring one year from the cancellation date.

By enrolling, you are committing to making payments for your tier for the entire session
Refunds or credits will not be offered for unused classes or mid-session withdrawal.
